delivery policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your purchase details and receipt of payment (if you have provided a valid email address). We endeavour to confirm receipt of your order within 30 minutes. We then dispatch your goods via Australia Post within 1-5 working days; however if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer and we will promptly advise you of an eta if this is the case.

Nordic Fusion will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at sales@nordicfusion.com.au

delivery details

Nordic Fusion uses eParcel, Australia Posts's electronic freight management system to deliver your order. eParcel is safe and reliable and all parcels are barcoded allowing for online tracking so we'll always know exactly where your order is. Upon delivery, if you are not home , a card will be left in your letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office. eParcel allows for delivery to a street address or PO Box, whichever you'd prefer.

Delivery within metro Sydney: 1-2 working days
Delivery from Sydney to other cities and large towns in NSW: 1-3 working days
Delivery from Sydney to interstate cities (including Perth): 2-5 working days

If your order is urgent, we are happy to arrange faster delivery by Express Post for a small additional fee. (Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post network). Please advise when you place your order if you would like your parcel to be sent Express.

International

Items posted to international locations are sent by Air Mail and will take between 7-14 working days. Please contact us at sales@nordicfusion.com.au for more information.

Australia-wide

Between 100g-5kg we charge a flat fee of $9 to ship the products to you Australia wide. An additional fee for goods over 5kg will be charged but we will contact you to let you know before we dispatch your products.

International

Up to 1kg we charge a flat fee to ship the products. Additional fee for parcels over 1kg will be charged but we will contact you to let you know before we dispatch your products.
