Returns Policy – Shop with peace of mind…

If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order, subject to the exclusions below. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Change-of-mind returns or refunds are not accepted for sale items, pre-order items, or items that have been worn, used or damaged.

Food items, skincare products and soaps are deemed final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

Fabric cut to your requested length and fabric stretched onto canvas are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change of mind returns (full-priced items only), the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight.Β For faulty items or items damaged in transit, Nordic Fusion will provide reply-paid return label, so you can return the item at no cost to you.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with labels attached. Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt, along with your full contact details. Appropriate care must be taken when mailing items back to us. Nordic Fusion will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit (unless reply-paid labels have been supplied for faulty or damaged goods).

Once we have received and inspected your return, any approved refund will be processed within 7 business days.
