If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 7-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. A full refund or exchange will be applied. Excludes sale items.

Returns or refunds are not applicable to sale items and items that have been worn, used or damaged. All food items, fabric sales, skincare products and soaps are deemed final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons. We do not accept “change of mind” returns for products purchased on sale.
Return Shipping Costs
- For change of mind returns (full-priced items only), the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight.
- For faulty items or items damaged in transit, Nordic Fusion will provide reply-paid return postage details, so you can return the item at no cost to you.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with labels attached. Please include a copy of your receipt along with your full contact information. Appropriate care must be taken when mailing items back to us. Nordic Fusion will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit (unless reply-paid labels have been supplied for faulty or damaged goods).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days.
