It's sugar which doesn't melt. It comprises of small sugar crystals, i.e. sugar crystals that have been boiled for an extra-long time. It can be used for crystallized apples and as a decoration on cakes and biscuits.

1) Free shipping for orders over $200 applies only to customers within Australia and excludes bulky, oversized & liquid items.
2) Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on volume, weight and destination. This applies both within Australia and Internationally.

5) Express Post is only available within Australia and it will be calculated at checkout.
Express delivery takes approx. 1-3 business days for Metro areas, and approx. 2-4 business days for customers in WA, NT and TAS.
