While we take pride and care in our packaging, we can not be held responsible for biscuits broken during transit.

1) Free shipping for orders over $200 applies only to customers within Australia and excludes bulky, oversized & liquid items.Β Β
2) Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on volume, weight and destination. This applies both within Australia and Internationally.Β
3) Oversized and bulky items can not be shipped internationally.
4) Standard Delivery Timeframes:
We use Australia Post and other national couriers. Standard delivery typically takes 2β7 business days within Australia, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.

5) Express Post is only available within Australia and it will be calculated at checkout.Β
Express delivery takes approx. 1-3 business days for Metro areas, and approx. 2-4 business days for customers in WA, NT and TAS.
