Sizing tip - Go one size down.
Tulip Flats consists of fabric that will expand over time. Therefore, it is recommended to choose a size with a tight fit, because it will expand slightly. Example: If your normal size is between a size 38 and size 39, we recommend you buy a size 38.

1) Free shipping for orders over $200 applies only to customers within Australia and excludes bulky, oversized & liquid items.
2) Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on volume, weight and destination. This applies both within Australia and Internationally.
3) Oversized and bulky items can not be shipped internationally.
4) Standard Delivery Timeframes:
We use Australia Post and other national couriers. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within Australia, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.

5) International Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees set by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.
6) Express Post is only available within Australia and it will be calculated at checkout.
Express delivery takes approx. 1-3 business days for Metro areas, and approx. 2-4 business days for customers in WA, NT and TAS.
7) Express Post excludes bulky and oversized items.
