The Marimekko Hivuttaa Dress pairs a clean, feminine silhouette with the playful Kukkahattu print. Designed with a slim A-line fit, this mini dress features a boat neckline, short sleeves and a concealed back zip.

Made from a structured twill blend of 65% organic cotton and 35% linen, it offers a beautiful balance of comfort and texture.

Printed in Helsinki, the Kukkahattu pattern was designed by Masaru Suzuki and inspired by the idea of a flower-shaped hat with petals falling softly downwards. Each dress is cut from the full width of the fabric, making every print placement unique.

Care instructions

Washing

Always follow the recommended washing temperature, as washing at temperatures that are too low may cause colour transfer.

Wash dark and strongly coloured garments separately or with similar colours, using plenty of water. Some colour may transfer during the first few washes. Do not soak.

Reshaping & Ironing

Cotton may shrink slightly during the first wash. Gently reshape the garment to its original size while damp. For best results, iron cotton while it is still slightly damp.
