The material of the cutting board and box is environmentally friendly domestic birch. The plywood of the box is untreated, so it can be treated with food-grade varnish or oil if desired. The cutting board has a durable and easy-to-clean melamine surface. The inspiration for the cutting board pattern is drawn from the Finnish forest.
