Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time: 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

3. Domestic Delivery (Within Australia)

We partner with Australia Post and national couriers.

General Transit Window: 1–10 business days (Monday–Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery (Handling + Transit): 1–12 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: Available for non-bulky items at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We currently only ship to Australia (other international destinations will be available soon).

Pick up your order for free at our retail store located on:

Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive a 'Ready for Pickup' email as soon as your order is prepared.

Our Store Opening Hours are: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
