Shipping & Delivery

At Nordic Fusion, we aim to provide clear and consistent delivery expectations for all orders.

1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time: 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Shipping charges and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, volume, and destination of your order.

Visibility: You will be provided with specific transit time estimates for each available freight carrier at the time you choose your shipping option, allowing you to see the expected delivery window before completing your purchase.

3. Domestic Delivery (Within Australia)

We partner with Australia Post and national couriers.

General Transit Window: 1–10 business days (Monday–Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery: 1–12 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: Available for non-bulky items at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We currently only ship to New Zealand (other international destinations will be available soon).

General Transit Window for New Zealand: 5–15 business days (Monday–Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery for New Zealand: 5–17 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery Times: More accurate estimates are provided at checkout based on your specific destination.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
