The Olivia Chair originates from an exploration on how to balance lightness, sturdiness, and comfort. Light to look at, and comfortable to sit on, according to Tatu Laakso, who crafted Olivia Chair during his master studies in Finland. The sheets of molded plywood render the chair slender yet strong. Inspired by, but also challenging the design heritage of Alvar Aalto. Paying close attention to detail, the young Finnish designer made the legs slightly thicker than the backrest for durability and strength. The chair is made from form-pressed oak and rubber wood veneer, available in four different lacquered versions.

1) Free shipping for orders over $300 applies only to customers within Australia and excludes bulky and oversized items. Β
2) International Shipping is a $35 flat fee.
3) Oversized and bulky items can not be shipped internationally.
4) Express Post is only available within Australia and costs $15, excluding customers in WA. Express Post to WA costs $20.
Express delivery takes approx. 1-3 business days for Metro areas, and approx 2-4 business days for customers in WA, NT and remote areas.
5) Express Post excludes bulky and oversized items.
