Sizing tip - Go one size down.
Tulip Flats consists of fabric that will expand over time. Therefore, it is recommended to choose a size with a tight fit, because it will expand slightly. Example: If your normal size is between a size 38 and size 39, we recommend you buy a size 38.

1) Free shipping for orders over $200 applies only to customers within Australia and excludes bulky, oversized & liquid items.  

2) Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on volume, weight and destination. This applies both within Australia and Internationally. 

3) Oversized and bulky items can not be shipped internationally.

4) Standard Delivery Timeframes:

We use Australia Post and other national couriers. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within Australia, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.

International freight delivery times vary by destination.  For detailed information please check the Australia Post International Delivery Times.

5) Express Post is only available within Australia and it will be calculated at checkout. 

Express delivery takes approx. 1-3 business days for Metro areas, and approx. 2-4 business days for customers in WA, NT and TAS.

6) Express Post excludes bulky and oversized items. 

7) Click & Collect is available at our Retail Store: 9a Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100. Mon - Fri 10am to 4pm.

Comfortable, colourful and practical

I love my Tulip Shoes ... I now have 3 pairs in different colours. Traditionally, I've struggled to find shoes that fit my quite broad and long foot, and don't give me blisters. These shoes truly do fit like a glove and have never been uncomfortable. I love the fact they perk up with a quick wash in the washing machine ... and the range of colours is excellent. After regular wearing of my first pair for about a year, the stitching is starting to fray on one shoe, but the sole and upper remain perfect.
