1) Free shipping for orders over $200 applies only to customers within Australia and excludes bulky, oversized & liquid items.ย ย
2) Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on volume, weight and destination. This applies both within Australia and Internationally.ย
3) Oversized and bulky items can not be shipped internationally.
4) Standard Delivery Timeframes:
We use Australia Post and other national couriers. Standard delivery typically takes 2โ7 business days within Australia, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.
International freight delivery times vary by destination.ย For detailed information please check the Australia Post International Delivery Times.
5) International Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees set by your countryโs customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.
6) Express Post is only available within Australia and it will be calculated at checkout.ย
Express delivery takes approx. 1-3 business days for Metro areas, and approx. 2-4 business days for customers in WA, NT and TAS.
