- Ella Rugs are “Fire Classification: Cfl-s1” which means the material’s contribution to fire spread is moderate. Additionally, it produces minimal smoke, which is vital for maintaining visibility and ensuring a safe escape in case of a fire emergency.
- Ella Rugs are also tested for wear and tear, including castor chair testing, and classified as suitable for commercial use.

1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Handling Time: 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping charges and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, volume, and destination of your order.
Visibility: You will be provided with specific transit time estimates for each available freight carrier at the time you choose your shipping option, allowing you to see the expected delivery window before completing your purchase.

We partner with Australia Post and national couriers.
General Transit Window: 1–10 business days (Monday–Friday).
Estimated Total Delivery: 1–12 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping: Available for non-bulky items at checkout.
4. International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
